ANZ know that energy efficient homes can be better for your family, the environment and your wallet. Which is why they are offering a new 'Good Energy Home Loan' at just 1% for three years for any upgrades that make your home more energy efficient.
The good news? This loan includes RetroFit Double Glazing as a job that counts towards making your home more energy efficient and ultimately reducing your bills in the long run.

ANZ explain that over 30% of heat in homes that aren't correctly insulated goes straight out the window... quite literally. Single glazing can be your main source of heat loss if the rest of your home is insulated.
Single glazing can also lead to weeping windows causing dampness throughout your home and bad air quality.
Replacing existing windows with double glazing with two panes of glass (as the name suggests) creates an air pocket which prevents both heat loss in the winter and solar gain in the summer.
